A perfect 10! Bring your pickiest customer. Youll say WOW as soon as you walk in the door.The entire house was remodeled in 2012 with no expense sparred. The kitchen has new solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops,travertine floors,stone backsplash,and new appliances.The ceilings have a knock down finish and crown molding.The Master Bath could be featured in a magazine and has been redone with travertine,custom vanities,walk in shower , and Jacuzzi tub.The guest bath is equally as grand.The entire house has new carpet and paint too.Family room has a wood burning fireplace with mantel. Step out to the screened patio through the new 8 ft sliding doors and enjoy your morning coffee or any other part of your day looking over the large backyard that backs up to a wooded preserve area. The roof and a/c were also replaced 2012 and 2011 respectively. The irrigation system is new and runs on a well. I have also uploaded a list of all updates located in the document section.
