There are 3 rental units on this parcel. The one being rented is the front unit, facing the street. There are 2 bedrooms/1 bath. A 3rd room/''flex'' room is small but good for den, small office. The living room and bedrooms are fairly large and an eat-in kitchen. A laundry area is outside the back door on a porch, but no washer/dryer included. A small stackable would need to be provided by the tenant. House has been painted inside with new carpet on the flex room floor. Otherwise, the floors are wood but painted a pale grey color. There is only parking in the front of the house as a septic system is in the front and back. Not much yard to work with.Owner pays water and landscaping. Driveway goes to back units, so no parking there.
