Riverside is cool, it always has been. The 5 Points and King Street districts have been culturally ebbing and flowing over the last 100 plus years to keep pace with the communities eclectic requirements. While fashion and the mead du jour change, the time honored glorious architecture found on her streets has not. One of these treasures, this beautiful bungalow was completed during the Roaring 20's, 1923 to be exact. There is something inherently right in preserving and enhancing classic homes and this one recently had a full blown makeover. Upon opening the front door you are greeted with wonderfully updated spaces.
