Great courtyard home on a preserve lot just across the street from the large neighborhood park. The kitchen is open to the main living areas with views to the backyard and preserve. The living room and dining room open with multi-panel slider doors to the private courtyard. This is a great indoor-outdoor flow. Bedroom 4 is on the first floor with a full bath just next door. Bedroom 5 is just down the hall and does not have a built in closet. It could be an office or bedroom with armoire or added closet. Up the beautiful iron spindled staircase is the loft area with the master bedroom, bedrooms 2 & 3 and a full bathroom flowing off of the loft area.
