Perched on a high dune in Lighthouse Park, this one-of-a-kind home was designed to take full advantage of the views of Salt Run and the ocean over Anastasia State Park. The strategic placement of the home on the lot, the walls of windows, and miles of decking give the home a distinctly nautical feel reflecting the lifestyle, scenery, and history of Lighthouse Park. This home was originally built in 1910 as a small masonry beach cottage. Today, the cottage is a self-contained in-law suite with ground-level access to the in-ground pool and backyard.
