Very cute, incredibly charming and cozy 2BR bungalow reminiscent of grandma's country farm house! Pine floors, country kitchen, large fenced backyard with great deck. Comfortable front screened porch for sittin' and sippin' lemonade! (and was rebuilt in 2013.) All in nice condition. Range, refrigerator and stackable washer/dryer unit all convey and all new in 2012. It's a gem!
