Shared housing unit within 1.5 miles of UF campus. Rental includes secure private bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. The living room, kitchen and laundry area is shared with up to 3 other tenants. Rental fee includes a $50 allowance for electric and water utilities. Expenses for utilities that exceed the $50 allowance will be billed equally to all tenants. Standard internet service is currently provided to units as part of the association amenities and is offered to the tenants free of charge while this policy is in place.
