This 4/2 is a fabulous house for this price! Let's start out by saying that the home has a brand new roof (installed on 9/19/2024) Split bedroom floor plan with very large rooms. Home is on a dead end road with no HOA, tons of privacy, and there's even enough room to bring your boat or an RV if you have one. Needs some paint and bedrooms have carpet that has seen better days, but that's an easy fix. A/c is just under 2 years old. You're close to everything that makes life easy... shopping, dining, schools, and highways. You'll have no excuse not to fix this place up when you're just minutes from the nearest hardware store!
